A sponsored AWS Bootcamp is an opportunity to dive deep into the benefits of deploying the Amazon Connect cloud-based contact center solution. The goal of this course is to provide you with a complete understanding of the core concepts related to the provisioning, configuration and management of Amazon Connect. This course will equip you with a general knowledge of the various AWS services leveraged by Amazon Connect as well as knowledge of available integration methods to CRM, WFM and execution of Lambda functions in order to create call-flow integrations.

The building is open to visitors Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. Main entrance located off 17th ST NW and 17th 1/2 ST NW in the BB&T Building. Amazon Reception is located on the 12th Floor.

Agenda

A one-day event is planned and takes place in a classroom setting featuring lectures and demonstrations with a hands-on opportunity to create a use-case Call Center experience that is relevant to your business.

Prerequisites

The goal of this course is to give you a thorough understanding of the core-concepts in configuring and managing Amazon Connect within your own contact center. Attendees will need to complete a few tasks to ensure a successful experience. Please review and complete the prerequisites prior to your arrival for the course.

Driving Directions

Northbound on I-75/85: Take the 17th Street exit – Exit 251A, turn left, Atlantic Station is located just over the Connector. Follow signs to Parking or Valet.

Southbound on I-85: Take the 10th/14th/17th Street exit – Exit 84. Take the 17th Street exit, turn right, Atlantic Station is located on the right. Follow signs to Parking or Valet.

Southbound on I-75: Take the 16th/14th/10th Street exit – Exit 250. Follow 16th Street access road. Continue on 16th Street to State Street. Turn right on State Street, crossing over 17th Street and follow signs to Parking or Valet.

Atlantic Station is easily accessed via MARTA (Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) and our Free Ride Shuttle. The Atlantic Station Free Ride Shuttle operates daily from 5:00AM to 1:00AM to and from the Arts Center Marta station via 17th Street.
