A sponsored AWS Bootcamp is an opportunity to dive deep into the benefits of deploying the Amazon Connect cloud-based contact center solution. The goal of this course is to provide you with a complete understanding of the core concepts related to the provisioning, configuration and management of Amazon Connect. Prerequisites

The goal of this course is to give you a thorough understanding of the core-concepts in configuring and managing Amazon Connect within your own contact center. Attendees will need to complete a few tasks to ensure a successful experience. Please review and complete the prerequisites prior to your arrival for the course.

Visitor Arrival & Parking Instructions

All visitors may enter the parking structure via Cloverfield Blvd. or 26th St. and should park their vehicle(s) on Parking Level P1 in any spot that is not marked reserved. To enter the garage, visitors will need to pull a parking ticket. Visitors should bring their ticket to the Amazon reception desk to receive a parking validation in the form of a chaser ticket.

Once parked, visitors may take the 26th St. parking elevators (orange) to the building’s main lobby level. To access LAX10, please take the North Tower elevators to the 4th floor reception lobby.

Upon arrival, visitors may check in at the desk and provide a valid photo ID to obtain a guest badge. Visitors must wear guest badges and be accompanied by an Amazon badged employee at all times while inside Amazon’s secured area. At the conclusion of the visit, all visitors are escorted back to the reception lobby to pick up a parking validation ticket.
